Job Summary:
Artisan Millworks LLC is looking for a highly motivated Cabinet Assembler/Laborer who wants to join a quickly growing company with great growth opportunities. Preferred candidates will have cabinet assembly experience. Candidates will perform assembly and help out as needed onsite. Candidates should have a working knowledge of power tools and practice problem-solving when necessary.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assembly of cabinets.
- Has the ability to read and translate drawings and diagrams.
- Able to identify and troubleshoot assembly issues.
- Performs quality inspection of finished products to maintain the quality of work Artisan Millwork LLC is known for.
- On the job critical thinking to ensure jobs are completed promptly and according to our company's quality standards.
- Maintain good working relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
- Fix issues as they are presented onsite.
- Follow standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follows company policies and procedures.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

Educations and Experience:
- Prefer experience in cabinet assembly.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn new skills and become cross trained in different areas of shop work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Physically able to lift, push, and pull more than 150 lbs.
- Able to stand, sit, walk, move, squat, walk or climb for long periods of time.
- Able to operate heavy equipment (forklifts and cranes) a plus.
- A positive attitude with a dedication to high quality work and craftsmanship.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines with limited supervision.
