PURPOSE AND SCOPE
This key position is responsible for making our customers' projects come to life and ensuring all products are installed accurately, in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of our valued customers. This position is responsible for all site preparation work as well as installation of all product lines.
Job Summary:
Artisan Millworks LLC is looking for a highly motivated Door and Trim Installers who wants to join a quickly growing company with great growth opportunities. Preferred candidates will have Door and Trim installation experience. Candidates will perform installation in residential and commercial settings that include new construction sites, homes, commercial buildings, and offices. Candidates should have a working knowledge of power tools and practice problem-solving when necessary.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Installation of doors and trim.
- Has the ability to read and translate drawings and diagrams.
- Able to identify and troubleshoot installation issues.
- Performs quality inspection of finished products to maintain the quality of work Artisan Millwork LLC is known for.
- On the job critical thinking to ensure jobs are completed promptly and according to our company's quality standards.
- Maintain good working relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
- Fix issues as they are presented onsite.
- Follow standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follows company policies and procedures.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

- Able to stand, sit, walk, move, squat, walk or climb for long periods of time.
- Able to operate heavy equipment (forklifts and cranes) a plus.
- A positive attitude with a dedication to high quality work and craftsmanship.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines with limited supervision.
