We are seeking a Skilled Carpenter with 10 years of experience who can handle a wide range of carpentry tasks with precision and expertise. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both a hands-on building environment and a workshop setting. You'll play a key role in our construction projects by executing high-quality work, problem-solving on the job site, and collaborating with our team to ensure each project meets our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of custom carpentry, including framing, trim work, and finish carpentry
- Work on high-end outdoor structures such as pergolas, decks, and pavilions
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans
- Accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials to project specifications
- Perform shop work, including pre-building components for on-site installation
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction challenges efficiently
- Ensure job sites are safe, organized, and compliant with company and state safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients
- 10 years of hands-on carpentry experience is preferred (applicants with all levels of experience will be considered)
- Proficiency in framing, trim work, and finish carpentry
- Ability to read blueprints and work with technical drawings
- Experience using power tools, hand tools, and other construction equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle use)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Commitment to craftsmanship, professionalism, and workplace safety
- Full Time Position
- Competitive salary at $60,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience
