Artisan Outdoor is a Landscape Construction company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and fostering a collaborative work environment. We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality support to the management team and staff
- Assist with management of company divisions
- Partner with staff in Social Media content creation and management
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide best-experience first impression with potential clients
- Organize and maintain office files
- Coordinate responsibilities, tasks and duties with office manager as they arise
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Other duties as assigned by management
- This is an in-office position only
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Quickbooks Online
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Positive, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Self starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bi-lingual, English and Spanish; Fluent English speaker

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
