Marketing Reporting & Collateral Specialist - Systems & Marketing Materials

Artisan Partners is looking for an experienced individual to fill a key role on its Marketing & Communications team. The ideal candidate understands the unique culture of a talent-based, institutionally-focused firm and succeeds in a fast paced environment.

This position will report to a Marketing Reporting and Collateral manager and work closely with the firm’s Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, IT and Operations teams to develop and create reports while ensuring consistency in messaging, accuracy in information, and legal and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

The candidate can expect to:

• Manage production of recurring reporting requirements, including marketing materials for prospecting/client review, board of director materials, standard marketing collateral and custom client reporting
• Review materials for accuracy in content, data, and branding
• Respond to and fulfill requests from various client-facing and internal teams while ensuring deadlines are met with high quality
• Oversee and develop reports in an automated reporting application
• Identify data and workflow inefficiencies, document business requirements, and help lead solutioning
• Participate in setting the strategic direction for the team and department
• Develop a thorough understanding of the firm and the firm’s investment strategies.
• Build relationships with aligned business teams to better understand their strategic planning including reporting and collateral needs
  
  

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Investment management industry experience or relevant experience preferred
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to manage multiple data sets and experience with data driven applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience with automated reporting system, preferably Vermilion, a plus
• Excellent time-management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with high level of attention to detail/accuracy
• Strong professional and persuasive written/verbal communication experience and editing skills
• Self-motivated and driven with a willingness and ability to identify ways to add value beyond routine job responsibilities
• Confidence in working with all levels of management with the proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with members of the Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance, and Operations Teams
