Job Title: Administrative Position

Job Description: – Responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling tuning appointments, and providing excellent administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. As this is a work-from-home position, we are seeking a self-starter who can manage tasks independently and stay organized without direct supervision.
Description:
- $15-$20/hr based on experience
- 20-25 hrs a week with the potential to move to full time
- Work mostly from home remotely but there may be occasional in person meetings as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, provide information on our services, and assist with booking tuning appointments in all 4 of our locations, OR, WA, CO, and AZ.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets our databases related to customer information, service history, and scheduling.
- Process customer payments and assist with invoicing.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Google Docs)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of piano services or musical instruments is a plus but not required.
- Experience with Gazelle our scheduling system is a plus but not required.
