THE ROLE



Artisan is looking to hire an A-player Patient Care Coordinator who will serve a crucial role in creating an exceptional end-to-end experience for Artisan patients and maintaining patient satisfaction throughout the patient onboarding process. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing all patient interactions preoperatively and on non-medical issues during a patient's lifetime involvement with Artisan. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will respond to all inbound leads, conduct proper pre-qualification of leads, schedule consultations, respond to patient inquiries and feedback, attend consultations for continuity of the patient experience, and follow up with patients using practice CRM tools and automations. Artisan is looking for an individual who is a self-starter with a strong commitment to excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be someone who excels in building rapport and clearly communicating with patients via phone, messaging, and in-person. You must be comfortable working in an environment that is constantly changing and demonstrate the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Key deliverables will include the following:




  • Manage inbound phone leads, online contacts, submissions, and requests for consultation.
  • Conduct visits for in-person and online consultations to identify patient treatment objectives and develop a treatment plan.
  • Keep organized records and details regarding patient interactions and inquiries.
  • Greet patients in a professional, welcoming manner and assist them with their requests.
  • Serve as the primary consultation consultant and scheduler.
  • Maintain excellent communication and rapport with patients to ensure satisfaction and same-day conversions.
  • Conduct routine follow-up/satisfaction calls with leads and patients.
  • Educate and inform prospects about treatments and guide their expectations to help them reach their ideal outcomes.
  • Provide support for reception duties if time permits.
  • Make outbound reminder calls for all appointments.
  • Collect and compile data to generate monthly reports, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Become familiar with all finance programs and representatives.
  • Responsible for maintaining and expanding current accounts and building new accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and patients.
  • Meet daily and monthly consultation closure goals.
  • Execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical, and persuasive.
  • Schedule surgical appointments and collect deposits and payments.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS



1. Elective health care experience with a proven track record of performance and success.


2. Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel) and experience with CRM tools and automations.


3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.


4. A self-starter and team player who will play a key role in Artisan’s success.


5. Ability to respond to patient inquiries after hours and on weekends to provide the highest level of customer service.




ON OFFER


1. $75,000 base salary.


2. Incentive pay opportunity based on goal achievement.
