Job Overview

Artisan Quality Construction is seeking exceptional Sales Representatives who are passionate about wowing customers by providing great solutions to their home improvement needs and desires. This position will perform on site sales appointments throughout NW Indiana.

Sales experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

• Exceptional pay for exceptional performance… up to $153,000 or more annually for top-performing Sales Professionals.  *Based on a 40-hour work week for a full year’s work.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site sales calls throughout Lake, Porter, and Laporte counties
• Establish rapport and trust with our potential customers
• Perform roof assessments
• Formulating effective solutions to meet and exceed our customers’ needs and desires
• Producing detailed and accurate sales proposals using our templates
• Presenting and selling our fantastic solutions to satisfy our customers’ home improvement needs and desires.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 24 years of age.
• Possess a high level of knowledge of residential roofing systems, processes, and products
• Demonstrate professional appearance and conduct
• Work hard and efficiently every workday
• Demonstrate ultra-dependable attendance habits. Show up consistently and show up on time!
• Maintain a dependable vehicle that meets company standards to transport folding ladders and sales materials to sales appointments throughout Lake, Porter, and Laporte Counties

Physical Ability Requirements

• Maintain equilibrium and balance and work safely and effectively on ladders and roofs of all pitches using appropriate safety equipment
• Move and place step ladders and extension ladders up to 32’ in length
• Maintain a high level of mental acuity and situational awareness throughout your workday
• Transition effectively from roof inspection to proposal writing to sales presentation and closing
