Compensation

• Exceptional pay for exceptional performance… up to $85,000 annually for highly skilled, diverse, top-performing Techs. *Based on a 40-hour work week for a full year’s work.
• Plus, commission on additional services sold.

Schedule

• Four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Mandatory overtime. This is rare but is mandatory when needed.
• Sundays and holidays off except in extremely rare circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively under the direction of a Project Lead and alongside other remodeling crew members and tradesmen to meet company goals.
• ALWAYS produce exceptional quality in every aspect of construction…sound construction with exceptional fit and finish.
• Work safely and productively to meet project deadlines.
• Use construction equipment and tools in a safe and effective manner.
• Load, transport, unload, and stage various construction materials.
• Maintain safe, organized, clean, and professional job sites.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment according to company guidelines.
• Complete all required reporting in an accurate and timely manner, using basic reporting apps on your cell phone and via other means.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High level of skill in a variety of remodeling trades, processes, and tasks.
• Exceptional commitment and passion for quality, safety, and productivity.
• Work hard and efficiently every day.
• Ultra-dependable attendance habits. Show up consistently and show up on time!
• Dependable transportation to job sites throughout Lake, Porter, and Laporte Counties.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Cooperative and goal-oriented demeanor.
• Respectful communication, always.
• Ability and willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Work safely and effectively with construction equipment, power tools, and hand tools.
• Bring appropriate personal hand tools for the work you are assigned.
• Maintain a smart phone capable of running company required apps on a dependable cellular service network.

Physical Ability Requirements

• Work safely and productively on your feet for your entire shift.
• Maintain a high level of mental acuity and situational awareness throughout your shift.
• Work safely and effectively with and around potentially dangerous construction equipment and processes on very active job sites.
• Maintain equilibrium and balance, and work safely and effectively on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated work platforms.
• Occasionally work safely and effectively in tight spaces and in awkward positions.
• Lift and move up to 40 lbs. frequently throughout your shift and up to 80 lbs. occasionally.
