Construction Worker

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks effectively.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.
• Help with the installation of structures, including framing, drywall, and flooring.
• Participate in site cleanup at the end of each workday.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on-site.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• A valid driver's license may be beneficial for transportation purposes.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Construction: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Kasota, MN 56050: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:
