Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marble and Natural Stone Fabricator/Installer to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring the precise fabrication and installation of marble products, contributing to the overall success of our projects and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret design plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
• Operate and maintain cutting, shaping, and polishing machinery to fabricate marble according to design specifications.
• Use hand tools and precision equipment to shape, smooth, and finish marble pieces to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
• Safely transport and install marble products on-site, ensuring proper alignment, fit, and finish.
• Take accurate measurements and perform on-site adjustments as needed to ensure a seamless installation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to create a safe work environment for yourself and fellow team members.
• Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during fabrication or installation.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and organized manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during installation.

Qualifications:

• While we are eager to welcome experienced artisans to our team, no experience is necessary to apply, we will train you.
• Basic understanding of hand tools is needed.
• Strong understanding of different marble types, properties, and their application in various projects is a benefit.
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately is a benefit.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and craftsmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy marble pieces.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
