We’re looking for a Principal Project Manager to join our team of Artisans!  About the Role  The Principal Project Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. The Principal Project Manager will collaborate across cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and serve as the primary point of contact for high-impact projects. Key responsibilities  Lead and manage complex digital innovation projects from inception to completion Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and stakeholders Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle Ensure project alignment with client goals and Artisan Studios’ standards of excellence Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within project teams Mentor and guide junior program managers and team members About the Candidate  You are driven project lead with excellent communication skills and attention to details. You have strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities with proven experience managing multiple projects at once.  Knowledge, Skills, and Experience  5 years of experience managing enterprise level Digital Innovation, UX / UI, and software development projects Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices In depth familiarity with domain relevant project management / development tool sets (Confluence, Jira, Figma, Miro, Asana, Github etc.) Excellent communication and team leadership skills Proven track record of delivering high-impact digital solutions Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field Scrum Master and / or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience with AWS cloud services and DevOps practices Familiarity with design thinking and user-centered design principles Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Machine Learning Core Competencies  Action Oriented- Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm  Manages Ambiguity- Operating effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear Collaborates- Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives  Balances Stakeholders- Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders  More about our team We’re a creative company with a deep and equal passion for strategy, technology and design.
