About the Company
Our client, a high end retailer for sustainable lighting products, is looking for a visual designer to join the team on an extendable contract basis in their head office in Conshohocken, PA. This is a hybrid role.
You will :
- Lead the design and development of visually engaging and impactful design solutions across various digital platforms, including social, web, mobile, and software.
- Collaborate with the Photo / Video Team.
- Create compelling motion graphics and animations that enhance user experiences and convey complex ideas in an intuitive manner, mostly for marketing purposes.
- Collaborate with Art Directors, UX / UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure a cohesive visual identity. Update and codify the motion design elements of the brand.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in visual and motion design.
- Provide guidance to peers and junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
