What are the responsibilities and job description for the Videographer position at Artisan Talent?
Our client, the leading employee experience platform, is currently looking for a creative, adventurous, and highly collaborative Videographer to join them on a 2-week US roadtrip capturing customer stories like never before. This isn’t your typical corporate video shoot, this is storytelling on the road, with a raw, unscripted, documentary-style approach. Think handheld cameras, behind-the-scenes moments, banter, and immersive local culture.
You’ll be working closely with the creative team to create engaging, human-first content that blends adventure, humor, storytelling, and authenticity, all while bringing fresh creative ideas to the table. Does this opportunity sound exciting to you? Let's chat!
You Will:
- Travel across the US with the team for a 2-week customer roadtrip shoot
- Capture 2-3 minute customer videos at 3-5 different locations, plus a final wrap-up video (90 secs)
- Film immersive, human-centered stories that highlight local culture, real employees, and unscripted moments
- Shoot both main content and fun, social-first segments (industry trivia, games, behind-the-scenes clips)
- Work closely with creative lead to review shoot plans, segment ideas, and provide input on creative execution
- Embrace a filming style that breaks the fourth wall - showing crew, capturing bloopers, and leaning into transparency
- Deliver raw footage for post-production, including widescreen videos and social cutdowns in various formats (vertical, square, etc.)
- Capture content that feels more like a travel vlog or reality show than a corporate case study
- Create Tik tok style social media clips and BTS promotional clips for social media platforms
You Have:
- Proven experience filming unscripted, documentary-style or travel/adventure content
- Skilled in capturing candid moments, behind-the-scenes footage, and crew interactions
- Strong technical ability across camera operation, lighting setups, and shoot-day logistics - especially in unpredictable, on-the-go environments
- Own camera and lighting equipment
- Comfortable capturing both interviews and B-roll
- Able to work independently and handle fast-paced, run-and-gun style shoots
- Editing experience is a plus
- Background in digital marketing or branded content is a bonus
- Creative, dependable storyteller with a passion for humor, human connection, and video that feels real
- Experience creating social media cutdowns, travel montages, or dynamic UI graphics is a huge plus
- Projected Start Date: This will be a 2 week trip within the first 3 weeks of July
- Duration: 2 weeks
- Onsite/offsite: Onsite shoots
Salary : $70 - $80
