Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Selling: Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs, recommend suitable window and door solutions, and provide clear product demonstrations.
- Develop & Maintain Relationships: Foster long-term customer relationships by delivering prompt responses, personalized service, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Meet & Exceed Sales Targets: Achieve sales quotas by effectively negotiating and closing deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest product offerings, industry trends, and best practices to guide customers in making informed decisions.
- Reporting & Follow-Up: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to management regarding pipeline status.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales.
- Excellent Communication: Strong listening and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex features in simple terms.
- Customer-Focused Approach: A commitment to delivering top-notch service and ensuring positive customer experiences.
- Negotiation & Closing Skills: Ability to handle objections, and close deals effectively.
- Self-Motivation: Strong organizational skills and the drive to work independently while meeting (and exceeding) goals.
- Valid Driver’s License: Reliable transportation to attend appointments ranging from Tampa to Ocala.
