Our client is seeking a UX / UI Designer to drive the user experience and design of Benefits Administration solutions that improve customer journeys and business outcomes at scale. This role requires a human-centered, intuitive approach to design that enables members to take full advantage of their health plan benefits while aligning with organizational goals.
You Will :
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand priorities, success criteria, and objectives related to health plan engagement.
- Analyze member needs and define user types and journey maps to guide design efforts.
- Create intuitive and efficient user interfaces that empower members to understand and engage with their health plan benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to align design objectives with platform capabilities.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interface specifications to support product development.
- Lead user testing sessions, ensuring designs meet accessibility and usability standards.
- Advocate for user-centered design practices and ensure consistent application of design principles across projects.
- Drive projects from concept to execution, managing deadlines and resource allocation effectively.
