We’re starting with outbound sales and our AI BDR, Ava. Ava is an all-in-one platform that combines B2B data, AI-driven email sequences, deliverability optimization tools, and more to supercharge outbound sales teams.
We’re experiencing explosive growth , closing $X million in ARR each month, and have recently raised $XX million in funding from top-tier investors. At Artisan, we view the Strategy & Operations function as a critical component of our success.
You’ll be at the forefront of tackling some of our most complex challenges—whether it’s diagnosing why “X isn’t working as expected,” diving into data to pinpoint root causes, hypothesizing solutions, or collaborating across teams to execute fixes. This role will evolve significantly as the company scales, giving you unparalleled opportunities to drive impact and grow alongside Artisan.

- Diagnose issues, create data-driven strategies to address them, and execute solutions effectively.
