WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a FOH Manager you’ll use your experience in a full service, high-volume restaurant. You will be committed to continuously striving for & delivering an outstanding guest experience and have a strong passion for culinary excellence.
- Oversee all restaurant operations including, but not limited to, supervising restaurant staff, employee hiring and training, and daily maintenance of the restaurant
- Work with the General Manager and Restaurant Management team to establish a strong team culture and create policies/procedures as needed to continually run day-to-day operations and exceed guest expectations
- Collect, evaluate and respond to guest feedback as needed
- Always ensure a smooth front-of-house operation, and step in to lead and assist staff as necessary during busy, peak times
- Assist General Manager with all sales and reporting tracking, and contributing to the preparation of reports to share with senior leadership
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 1 year as a restaurant manager
- Knowledge working in various other restaurant roles as a server, host, bartender, etc.
- Self-motivated with an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence in a fast-paced environment
- Awareness of financial components of business operations, multi-tasking issues, and prioritizing workload
- Proven ability to calmly handle stressful situations and customer complaints
- Familiarity of craft beer &/or serious interest in understanding craft beer styles and the industry
- Dedicated to passing of Level 1 (Certified Beer Server qualification) of Cicerone program within first six (6) months of employment
