**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a kind, professional. polished and detail-oriented valet to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facility and providing exceptional guest services. If you have experience in customer service, driving, and are comfortable communicating with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Must have clean driving record. Must be able to move quickly.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests and assist with parking and retrieval of their vehicles
- Provide clear instructions for parking and valet services
- Maintain a clean and organized parking area, including the garage and surrounding areas
- Monitor and enforce parking rules and regulations
- Use a manual transmission vehicle for delivery or retrieval of guest vehicles
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to hospitality
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure a seamless parking experience
- Keep accurate records of parking transactions and any incidents that may occur
- Maintain a safe and secure parking environment, adhering to all dealership or hospital regulations
**Qualifications:**
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, with bilingualism an asset
- Must be able to drive and operate a vehicle with a manual transmission
- Experience as a valet parking attendant is an advantage
- Physical stamina to lift and move objects (50 lbs) , and to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $125.00 - $250.00 per day
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
