Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and managing a team of sales associates
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Assist in creating and implementing effective marketing and promotional campaigns
- Conduct inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing sales associates
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and execute business plans
- Handle cash management, including opening and closing registers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail management or as an assistant manager preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and budgeting
- Excellent sales management skills, including the ability to negotiate prices and close deals
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales associates
- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially for communicating with diverse customers
- Knowledge of wireless sales industry trends and products is desirable
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
