Customer Relations
- Build loyal customer/buyer relationships via phone, e-mail or one-on-one demonstrating exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer issues or problems through strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Maintain a high level of contact with customers regarding deliveries, art proof approvals, availability and backorders.
- Generate additional sales by providing the customer with creative and knowledgeable advice on garments, designs, ink colors, etc. in order to improve their sell through.
- Have the ability to quickly assess the situation and offer solutions, garment substitutions, and/or be able to provide key information required by the customer.
Order Processing
- Provide customers with product availability and order status information as requested.
- Estimate and negotiate date of delivery to customer.
- Understand all pricing, minimums, and special requirements for designs, styles and how to apply to orders being processed.
- Review all orders to verify that pricing and special charges are correctly applied.
- Complete necessary Art Requests to insure that artist understands what customer needs and minimize reworks.
- Insure that proper follow-up procedures are established and followed to insure that orders are kept moving through the system to meet established delivery and order start dates.
- Monitor start/complete dates, prioritizing importance of order completion.
Account Planning
- Facilitates product set up for customers and communicating/verifying product selection and availability as necessary
- Plans orders with internal departments to ensure efficient and timely processing of orders
- Monitors order progress and directs production scheduling if necessary to meet customer deadlines.
- Resolves problems in job progression with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Competency:
Ideal candidates will have general computer literacy, be motivated, take initiative, show a positive attitude, be a team player, have a good work ethic, and be dependable.
Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft based programs (excel, word, outlook) is preferred.

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
