We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Art Team. This role will support our Art, Design and Operational process. You will be utilizing your expertise in support of Artisans design and development by combining your bill of materials experience and attention to detail to our garment design art process.

Strong candidates will have a general understanding of how to coordinate orders with Customer Service, Artists and Operations, create new BOMs and route customer art comps. Emphasis on the bill of materials and work orders is required.

Responsibilities:

Handle data entry for Art Department including creating bill of materials. Set up new items master records. Create and maintain art comps, bill of materials, routings and supporting data records in the ERP system. Maintain specification records in our Microsoft Dynamics AX system. Prepare information and enter into ERP and other systems.

Perform assigned tasks to support the initial release and change processing on art content.

Perform activities per art procedures to ensure compliance with customer requirements. Examine documents for accuracy and confirmation of customer specifications. Audit and review work, as necessary, to ensure input accuracy.

Understand manufacturing process and product features to assure completeness and accuracy of data. Handles other daily tasks that occur within the business.

Processes and logs data using ERP systems. Ensure files are complete and timely.

Confers with Department Supervisor to assess progress and discuss needed changes.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple duties/projects at one time.

Possess strong organizational and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Actively engage in cross functional communication to ensure timely and accurate product builds.

Ability to work in a team environment and also independently with little supervision.

Must be able to communicate effectively, in written and spoken form with excellent interpersonal relationship skills.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience related to product, process and manufacturing experience.

Skills:

Excellent skills and proficiency of Microsoft Office based programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred.

On-site: 7am-4:30 PM M-Th. 7 am-11 am Friday. Some flexibility with start/end time available. Not a remote work position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
