Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Rochester office. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Duties
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the issue.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations as necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
