Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing solutions, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer issues by identifying their needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions or alternatives.
• Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining communication with the customer.
• Stay updated on service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Collect customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as order processing, tracking, and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using customer service tools (e.g., CRM systems, live chat platforms).
• A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.

Pay: $23.75 - $25.20 per hour
