We are hiring a Sales and Project Oversight Specialist to lead our client relationships from initial contact to project completion. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our high-end landscapes exceed client expectations while driving sales and maintaining impeccable project quality.

Key Responsibilities:

-48-Hour Turnaround on Bids: Deliver timely and accurate bids to potential clients, demonstrating efficiency and professionalism.

-Sales Follow-Up: Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.

-Project Tracking and Quality Control: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure every project meets Artistic Escapes high expectations.

-Customer Satisfaction: Act as the bridge between the client and the team, ensuring that every aspect of the project exceeds customer expectations.

-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the landscape installation team, including the Planting Specialist Lead, Crew Foreman, and other team members, to ensure smooth project execution.
