Field Construction Manager – Polk County Project.
The right person for this position must have the ability to communicate on a professional level both face to face and in writing with ownership, subcontractors, vendors, and AGC team members. Additional qualities required for this position are exceptional people skills, strong organization & communication skills. This position will require someone with strong administration skills, ability to be detailed orientated, has an eye for quality with a desire for excellence, and the ability to maintain the project’s schedule. The position will require a person who can administrate and communicate well with a variety of professional consultants and local jurisdictions. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial project supervision.
Employment Requirements: Applicants required to pass a background check, drug test, and must have a valid Florida driver's license in good standing with verifiable commercial project supervision experience.
Duties are varied and will require proficiency in iPhone & Pad use, Word, Excel, Outlook, Production Schedules and Procure.
