Artistic Grounds, Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Crew to join our growing company. Through collaborative effort and open discussion, we constantly strive to maintain a professional work atmosphere that emphasizes teamwork and a supportive culture.
Responsibilities include assisting with the following:
Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns
Weeding and mulching landscape beds
Trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs
Removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees
Planting shrubs, flowers and trees
Watering gardens, lawns and landscapes
Monitoring and maintaining plant health
Requirements
1-2 years of maintenance experience (preferred but not required)
Must have a valid Driver License and Medical Exam Certificate (DOT)
Highly motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
Must be professional in appearance and actions.
Great time management skills.
Knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping
Punctual and dependable with a can-do attitude.
Ability to work effectively with individuals of differing backgrounds, knowledge and skill levels.
Physical Demands
This job is physically demanding. It requires lifting heavy objects, standing, kneeling or bending for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
