We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Specialist to join our team and help drive new business growth and client acquisition.
Job Description:
As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and setting up meetings with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify prospective clients and target markets.
- Qualify leads and engage in outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and qualification.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Nurture relationships with prospects, addressing their needs and helping them understand how our solutions can benefit their business.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
- Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Track all activities and progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to engage prospects effectively.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for sales and learning new techniques.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools.
- Previous experience in Sales
