What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Artistree Hospitality?
Artistree Hospitality Group: is seeking a tech-savvy and task-oriented Administrative Assistant: to bring executive level support to our CEO, Amy Beilharz. In addition to co-founding Artistree, Ms. Beilharz has had a long career in executive management, has mentored female entrepreneurs for the last decade and is currently president of a local fire-safety non-profit, Safer West County.
For this role, the ideal candidate is self-organized, has excellent written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable using and learning software applications for scheduling, communication and project management. Examples of software used include MS Word, Excel, Google Suite, Asana, etc.
Artistree is currently managing several exciting projects in California and Texas. This (full-time) position has the potential to grow into a more comprehensive role, particularly in the marketing space, as duties will include some marketing responsibilities—answering initial marketing inquiries, creating systems, and modifying websites. Hours can be flexible, remote work location is also possible, although one day per week in Occidental will typically be required.
