Description :
The Client Service Associate (CSA) / Team Lead provides critical support to the firm and our daily operations. In this role, you will handle some of the normal client service duties listed below, but will also have a CSA Level I as an assistant to handle work. You will act as the Team Lead for the advisor making sure all work is followed through / completed. You will also follow up on work done by support advisors to ensure your lead advisor is prepared for meetings. Ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Above-par compensation package.
Primary duties include :
- Account Openings
- Money Movement (Journal / ACH / Wire)
- Account Maintenance
- Resolve custodial issues
- Trading / Rebalancing Accounts
- Other duties as assigned
