Our client is seeking experienced Business Analyst to join a major financial institution . This role is crucial in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the technology team , ensuring alignment in performance measurement, asset management, and portfolio management initiatives.
The position is within an established team in the Financial Institution (FI) applications division , specifically focusing on performance analytics applications . This team plays a crucial role in calculating customers' investment performance , primarily catering to institutional clients. The team consists of 50 associates and operates with a mature technology setup.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team .
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to performance measurement, asset management, and portfolio management .
- Support project initiation and contribute to overall project management efforts.
- Ensure business requirements are clearly translated into technical specifications.
- Work independently while maintaining a strong business-oriented approach.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
