Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor to oversee hospital operations and ensure high-quality patient care during the day shift (7 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM) . The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of recent House Supervisor experience and be capable of making critical decisions in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and supervision for nursing staff across multiple departments
- Ensure efficient patient flow and resource allocation within the hospital
- Act as the administrative point of contact in the absence of senior leadership
- Monitor and enforce hospital policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments
- Address and resolve staffing, patient care, and operational issues
- Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation and reporting
