Regional West Medical Center is actively seeking experienced ICU/PCU RNs for a travel assignment in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. This Level II Trauma Center offers a fast-paced, high-acuity environment for nurses who thrive under pressure and are committed to clinical excellence.

🏥 About The Assignment

• Mixed Day/Night shift openings – 12-hour shifts
• Coverage includes ICU and PCU
• 13-week contract with guaranteed 36 hours/week
• Start Date: April 22, 2025
• 2 openings available
• Holiday coverage required
• EMR: Cerner
  
  

✅ Requirements

• Active RN License in Nebraska or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of ICU or PCU experience
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Must meet performance expectations; subpar performance may lead to immediate contract termination (facility follows Low/Mid/High performer evaluation)
  
  

💰 Compensation & Perks

• All-Inclusive Pay Rate: $66/hr
• Overtime (after 40 hrs/week): $66/hr
• Holiday Pay: $74/hr
• Call Back Minimum: 2 hrs | Call Back Rate: $74/hr
• On-Call Pager Pay: $3/hr
• No mileage reimbursement or bonuses offered
