IT Epic Analyst

Job Title: IT Epic Analyst (Remote)

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 3 Months (with potential for extension, not guaranteed)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time Zone

Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Epic Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in Epic systems, focusing on Epic modules such as Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inpatient, Patient Access/Billing, Inventory, or Compass Rose. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing product workflows, particularly in Home Infusion, and help identify areas where workflows can be improved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisted in enhancing product workflows and supported the optimization of Home Infusion processes.
• Triage tickets and provide solutions for areas where workflows can be improved.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient and effective use of Epic systems.
• Provide expertise in Epic modules, focusing on Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inpatient, Patient Access/Billing, Inventory, or Compass Rose.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Epic systems.
• Epic Certification is required.
• Expertise in at least one of the following Epic modules: Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inpatient, Patient Access/Billing, Inventory, or Compass Rose.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to enhance workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration and interaction with team members.

About the Role:
This position supports Client's Health System, the first healthcare provider to implement EPIC Home Infusion. As part of this role, you will help enhance workflows for home infusion processes, think outside the box to improve operations, and assist in triaging tickets related to system performance and functionality.
