Job Title: Lead/Architect - Certinia (Finance/Accounting, HCM, or Integrations Specialization)

About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead/Architect-level resource with strong expertise in Certinia to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with deep specialization in one of the following areas: Finance/Accounting, Human Capital Management (HCM), or Integrations. As a Lead/Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic solutions while ensuring the successful delivery of Certinia-based projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and architect Certinia-based solutions with a focus on either Finance/Accounting, HCM, or Integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee the integration and deployment of Certinia products in a hybrid environment, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Mentor and guide junior resources and teams, providing technical leadership and strategic insights.
- Manage complex integration and customization tasks, ensuring best practices and efficient delivery.
- Work with senior stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Continuously evaluate and refine architecture to improve performance, scalability, and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience (7 years) in Certinia, with a strong background in either Finance/Accounting, HCM, or Integrations.
- Proven experience in leading and architecting enterprise-level solutions using Certinia products.
- Solid knowledge of system integrations, data modeling, and configuration within the Certinia ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of business processes in Finance/Accounting, HCM, or Integrations, depending on specialization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to define and meet project requirements.
- Experience with cloud technologies and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Ability to mentor and guide teams and junior resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Location & Work Flexibility:
Hybrid work model. Candidates should be open to working either in Chicago, New York, or Boston (U.S. Locations).-
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in managing or delivering large-scale Certinia implementations.
- Relevant certifications in Certinia or other cloud platforms.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
