About the Role : We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead / Architect-level resource with strong expertise in Certinia to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with deep specialization in one of the following areas : Finance / Accounting, Human Capital Management (HCM), or Integrations. As a Lead / Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic solutions while ensuring the successful delivery of Certinia-based projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and architect Certinia-based solutions with a focus on either Finance / Accounting, HCM, or Integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee the integration and deployment of Certinia products in a hybrid environment, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Mentor and guide junior resources and teams, providing technical leadership and strategic insights.
- Manage complex integration and customization tasks, ensuring best practices and efficient delivery.
- Work with senior stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Continuously evaluate and refine architecture to improve performance, scalability, and security.
