Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Preop / PACU Registered Nurses to join our team at Advanced Joint and Spine. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive hourly rate and a consistent day shift schedule (Monday-Friday) with no nights, weekends, major holidays, or on-call responsibilities.
As a Preop / PACU RN, you will provide expert nursing care for patients during critical preoperative and postoperative periods. You will ensure continuous patient monitoring and immediate intervention in response to any complications, delivering the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care during the critical preoperative and postoperative phases.
- Continuously monitor patients for early detection of medical or surgical complications.
- Provide immediate emergency treatment as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain patient safety and optimal outcomes.
