Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery
Location: Clovis, CA, 93611
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse for our Labor and Delivery department. This role requires a dedicated individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The RN will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to patients, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring positive outcomes.
Shift Details:
- Department: Labor and Delivery
- Shift Timings: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday
- Schedule: 3 Days per Week (12-hour shifts), Total: 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans.
- Continuously assess, record, and communicate patient conditions to appropriate teams.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for all disciplines to ensure seamless patient care.
- Accurately interpret and execute physician and nursing orders.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and facilitate patient discharges effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Exceptional critical thinking, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
