Job Title : Surgical Scrub Technician (Preferably Certified)
Start Date : ASAP
Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 6 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM (shifts may vary from 6 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM)
Weekly Schedule : 37.5 hours per week; no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duty
Operating Rooms : 4 (focused on orthopedics and spine)
Surgeries : 10-25 daily; 200-300 monthly

Interview Process : Initial phone interview followed by a video or onsite interview with the Facility Administrator and Director of Nursing
Responsibilities and Job Requirements :
- Education / Experience : Certificate from a college or technical school (one year minimum); at least two years of orthopedic surgical experience required.
- Certifications : BLS (AHA) CPR certification is mandatory.
- Special Requirements : Flexibility with work hours to align with the daily surgery schedule.
