The Global Project Manager will lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams in the execution of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with global business objectives, and adherence to local and regional regulatory requirements. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage projects that span multiple countries and time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, accounting for regional variances.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior leadership and key business stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, providing mitigation strategies when necessary.
- Serve as the central point of contact for project-related communications, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders across all regions.
- Facilitate regular status updates, including presentations to senior management, and provide timely escalations of issues.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure that milestones are achieved within the budget and time constraints.Ensure resource allocation and availability are in place for successful project delivery.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, Advanced degree or certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are highly valued
- Proven experience (10 years) in Human Resources, with a strong background in project management.
- 10 years' experience leading projects of moderate to high complexity
- Experience managing multiple high-priority projects is crucial
