Job Title : Dynamics 365 Data Analyst & Power BI Developer

Location : Washington, District of Columbia / Greensboro, North Carolina
Responsibilities :
- Data Extraction and Cleaning :
- Accessing data from various Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
- Identifying and addressing data quality issues, including duplicates and inconsistencies
- Data transformation and manipulation to prepare it for analysis
- Statistical Analysis :
- Performing statistical analysis using appropriate techniques to identify trends and patterns within the data
- Calculating key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to business objectives
- Reporting and Visualization :
- Developing comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI or other visualization tools
- Creating interactive and user-friendly visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
- Business Insights and Recommendations :
- Interpreting data analysis results to identify actionable insights and business opportunities
- Communicating key findings and recommendations to relevant teams to inform decision-making
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management :
- Working closely with business users to understand their data needs and requirements
- Gathering feedback on reports and dashboards to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Data Governance and Maintenance :
- Ensuring data integrity and compliance with data governance policies
- Monitoring data quality and implementing necessary data cleansing procedures
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI :
- Creating and managing data visualizations within Power BI
- SQL Querying Skills :
- Writing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from Dynamics 365
- Data Analysis Tools :
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and tools like Excel, R, or Python
- Dynamics 365 Platform Knowledge :
- Understanding the structure and functionalities of different Dynamics 365 modules
