Job Title : Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Engineer
Job Type : W2
Experience : 7 to 15 years
Location : Dallas, Texas
Responsibilities :
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD DS, AD FS, AD CS).
- Hands-on experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
- Experience in Identity Federation and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies.
- Familiarity with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate management.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting IAM-related service failures, authentication issues, and group policies.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and corporate IAM policies.
- Support integration of IAM services with cloud and on-premises applications.
- Collaborate with security and IT teams to enhance identity and authentication capabilities.
- Provide support for IAM-related audits and security assessments.
- Independently manage the operation of identity and directory services technologies (e.g., Microsoft AD, Identity Federation, PKI, MFA).
- Monitor ticket queues and respond to incident tickets, service requests, and change requests related to IAM.
- Troubleshoot Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), and Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).
- Support and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setups and issues.
