Experience : 7-11 Years
Location : Cleveland, Ohio / Tampa, Florida
Responsibilities :
- Having 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Provide high-level solution design that is not only fit for purpose but also is world-class.
- Work closely with Product Owners detailing Goals, Epics, and User Stories as part of application releases.
- Participate in Idea Conception / Brainstorming sessions with Product Owners and other respective stakeholders, enhancing applications scope; and adding relevant features / capabilities to existing processes.
- Actively design the process re-engineering thoughts to bring efficiencies in the To-Be process by reducing the processing time, reducing the cost, and getting better customer service.
- Follow the Agile Scrum Framework and participate in Scrum ceremonies - Sprint Planning, Daily stand-up meetings, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective, and ensuring sprint success.
- Conduct the grooming session on sprint user stories to SCRUM teams and Review Test Procedures and Test cases.
- Preferably Good Knowledge of the Healthcare domain
- Experience in Wholesale Risk, Market Risk, Credit Risk
- Experience in Adjustments i.e. Understanding why Adjustment, decode, decompose, Maker, Checker, Approver process
- Provide recommendations by documenting requirements to move into mainstream apps
- Experience in Excel advance functions is MUST.
- Technical experience in Tableau, is preferred.
