Experience : 8-22 years
Location : Plano, Texas / Santa Clara, California
Responsibilities :
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- At least 5 years of experience leading Salesforce transformation projects.
- Expertise in object-oriented programming and MVC design patterns.
- Proficiency in the Lightning Framework, SOQL, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Hands-on experience with API testing and tools like JMeter and Postman.
- Strong knowledge of integration solutions, including EAI / B2B tools and J2EE concepts.
- Safe Agile certification or experience in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with load and performance testing tools.
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using object-oriented programming principles.
- Lead and manage Salesforce transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize the Lightning Framework, Developer Console, and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) to build efficient and scalable solutions.
- Apply the MVC (Model-View-Controller) design pattern for developing robust applications.
- Conduct API testing and work with performance testing tools such as JMeter and Postman.
- Design and develop integration solutions using Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), B2B tools, and J2EE concepts.
