Job Type : W2
Experience : 8 to 12 years
Location : Henrico, Virginia
Responsibilities :
- Minimum of 5-6 successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and HR processes.
- Proficient in HDL, BIP, and OTBI report development and support.
- Familiarity with HCM Extracts support.
- Strong understanding of module-specific security, workflows, and personalizations.
- Experience in streamlining Oracle HCM processes.
Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including :
Core HR
Configure and manage :
Security
Develop and support :
BIP Reports
Support HR teams in Talent Management modules, including :
Goals and Performance
Provide support for HCM Extracts and related processes.
