Location : Plano, Texas
Responsibilities :
- 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or a related role in an Agile environment.
- Hands-on experience in managing backlogs, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage competing business and customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and working in scrum teams.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or other agile project management tools.
- Experience working in Product Roadmap creation and maintenance.
- Experience with customer experience design and understanding of the connection to product features.
- Previous work in cross-functional teams or scalable product organizations.
Qualification :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
