Job Title : Senior Cybersecurity Compliance & Risk Program Manager

Responsibilities
- 15-20 years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Provide leadership and coordination for Boeing's application compliance program.
- Oversee risk assessments, disaster recovery (DR) planning/testing, privacy compliance, regulatory audits, and SLA/SLO management.
- Act as the primary liaison with Boeing stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, effective escalation management, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity compliance strategies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct gap assessments and risk analysis to enhance the organization's security posture.
- Ensure compliance with NIST, SOX, DFARS, CSSM, IPSM, and other relevant frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement through the implementation of best practices and process enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to support regulatory compliance audits.
- Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives.
- Lead incident response planning and testing to ensure organizational readiness.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
