Job Title : Senior Data Engineering Manager Enterprise Data Solutions

Job Type : W2

Experience : 8 - 10 Years

Location : Chicago, Illinois (Remote)

Responsibilities :

7 years in data management (integration, modeling, optimization, and data quality).

7 years in designing and implementing large-scale data warehousing solutions (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, DB2).

5 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter for data pipeline development.

3 years in object-oriented or functional programming (e.g., R, Python, Java, Scala).

3 years of Shell / Perl scripting.

5 years with database programming (e.g., SQL, PL / SQL).

2 years working with Snowflake Data Warehouse.

Experience with Palantir Foundry AiP.

Knowledge of data science and machine learning model optimization.

Full lifecycle development of data warehouses and marts.

Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., AutoSys, Cntl-M).

Agile software development methodologies.

Advanced degrees and certifications in data engineering or analytics tools are a plus.

Lead the design, maintenance, and optimization of data pipelines.

Automate data processes using metadata management and modern tools.

Enhance the data management infrastructure for integration and automation.

Collaborate with various teams to refine data requirements and ensure efficient data consumption.

Identify and address gaps in data requirements for new initiatives.

Propose innovative data ingestion, preparation, and integration techniques.

Ensure compliance with data governance policies and practices.

Design and implement data quality monitoring systems, including validations and anomaly detection.

Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
