Job Title : Senior ETL and Data Migration Developer
Job Type : W2 / C2C
Experience : 8-10 Years
Location : Juno Beach, Florida
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data migration requirements, scope, and objectives.
Conduct detailed analysis of legacy data sources and identify and document data mapping requirements to target systems.
Document business and technical requirements for data migration projects and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
Utilize technical skills to support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring data integrity and quality.
Work with technical teams to design, document and implement data migration scripts, procedures, and tools.
Develop and execute data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness post-migration.
Conduct testing cycles, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to verify successful data migration.
Serve as a liaison between business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure clear and consistent communication.
Expertise in building reports and dashboards across multiple objects, KPI delivery, data modelling and having knowledge on relational databases.
Provide training and support to end users on new data structures and systems post migration.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
