Job Title : Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer
Job Type : C2C
Experience : 7 to 15 years
Location : Seattle, Washington
Responsibilities :
- 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with platforms like Okta, SailPoint, Active Directory, or Azure AD.
- Expertise in authorization models (RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC) and continuous access reviews.
- Hands-on experience with PAM solutions such as CyberArk.
- Familiarity with CIAM and B2B identity solutions.
- Working knowledge of programming languages (Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, React).
- Experience automating secrets management in CI / CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of identity protocols (OIDC, OAuth, SAML, SCIM).
- Experience with Zero Trust architecture principles.
- Background in full-stack development is a plus.
- Design, deploy, and maintain identity platforms (Okta, SailPoint IdentityNow, Active Directory, Azure AD).
- Implement authorization models (RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC) for dynamic access control.
- Drive continuous authentication and access review processes.
- Architect and support PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk) to secure privileged credentials.
- Automate identity lifecycle management (provisioning, de-provisioning, and reviews).
- Develop and maintain solutions using Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, and React.
- Implement secret automation in CI / CD pipelines to enhance security.
- Collaborate on CIAM and B2B identity integrations within the IAM ecosystem.
