Job Title : Senior MongoDB Engineer - Infrastructure & DevOps
Job Type : W2 / C2C
Experience : 8-10 years
Location : Austin, Texas
Responsibilities :
- 8 years of experience in DB Administration and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, including cluster configuration and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in Linux / Unix systems and shell scripting.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python, Go, or Bash for automation.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture (a plus).
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI / CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.
- Design, configure, and optimize MongoDB clusters for performance and availability.
- Manage MongoDB architecture and cloud-based MongoDB solutions.
- Automate and optimize infrastructure processes for improved performance.
- Work with development teams to improve database performance and query optimization.
- Collaborate in the implementation of Kubernetes and CI / CD pipelines.
- Utilize tools like Terraform, and Ansible for infrastructure management.
- Monitor system health and performance using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
